• Abstracts must be submitted using the google form link

• Only abstracts submitted in English will be accepted for review

• Abstracts should be between 1000 to 1500 characters, written as a single paragraph

• Abstracts should not include tables, images, graphs, or illustrations

• Your abstract should clearly and concisely summarize the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion of your original work

• Any submission found to contain plagiarism will be disqualified

• Bachelor's and Master's students are permitted to submit their original ongoing or completed work conducted as part of an internship or semester project, subject to prior approval from the affiliated research group

Abstract format

• All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts in a blinded and coded manner

• Submissions under Category A (Bachelor's and Master’s students) will be reviewed separately from those under Category B (PhD students and Postdocs)

• The Abstract Review Committee will communicate the acceptance decisions via email. The registration fees will be paid after selection. This fees will include food and accommodation arrangements.
